本次活動最終因韓方公司未能依法提供雇主同意書即藝人所屬經紀公司之同意書以申請工作證且韓方公司單方面提出解約通知，經協商調節等待韓方回覆期間，韓方公司單方面於8/31上午自行公告活動取消消息，而本公司不得不取消此活動，本公司再次向各位歌迷粉絲朋友及來台藝人姜成勳先生致上最高的歉意，以及向本活動所有相關合作廠商單位致歉。由於本次活動取消及與韓方公司之爭議，本公司已正式在上週五透過韓國當地法律代理人及律師團隊提起告訴，在台灣之法律事務，亦已委由台灣律師處理。截至今日對本公司及所屬人員之惡意謾罵及不實言論散播者，本公司均同步搜證，請各位粉絲朋友、消費者理性發言，所有理性、合規之批評、指教本公司虛心接受。

姜成勳台灣公演活動退票方式說明 :

 

適用對象

  1. 於KKTIX 網站以ATM轉帳及信用卡購票者。
  2. 於全家便利商店以現金、ATM轉帳及信用卡購票者。

退票方式

上述購票方式者，退票一律需以掛號郵寄方式 (平信風險需自負，遺失恕不負責) 退回票券(選擇全家取票者，需先將票券取出)，信封註記 [Kang Sung Hoon台北活動退票] 。

請將「完整實體票券」及「退票申請書」以掛號方式郵寄至以下地址：

寄出前請確認以下資料是否齊全 :
1.實體票券正本
2.退票申請書 : 內容需載明購票者姓名、聯絡電話(限手機)、地址、EMAIL、訂單編號(「訂單編號」在哪裡請見附圖)及存摺封面影本（需包含：匯款銀行資料、分行、帳號、戶名）以台灣本地銀行為限。

退票期限

  • 2018/09/03-2018/10/03(以郵戳日期為憑)

退款時間及方式

  • 本公司將於收到實體票券正本及退票申請書後的30個工作天內匯款至指定帳戶，遇假日則順延至假日後的第一個工作天。
  • 退款金額為票面售價金額全額退費，實體票券退費金額包含當初購票時所支付的全家取票($30)的手續費及退票所產生的郵資，會一併匯款至退票申請書內的帳戶。
  • 若過了上述時間點尚未收到退款，歡迎您發信至wooris.tw@gmail.com詢問進度。

最後，WOORI娛樂/玨綺有限公司對於本活動取消，表示最深歉意。

2. KKTIX account username (email)

3. Order number (please find this number from the ticketing system)

4. Number of tickets and the respective price

5. Contacting phone number

6. Oversea bank account information (please provide the name of your bank, country, account number along with the bank wire transfer information) for ticket refund

 

We will check with your ticketing information and get back to you for your refund processing status as soon as possible after we receive your refund request email.

 

 

Please note that we will refund to you the full price as listed on the ticket(s) along with the ticket pick-up handling fee (NTD. $30, if applicable) and the international express mailing fees.
