【LAUV 2020台北演唱會取消與退票公告說明】

 

因目前疫情在國際間仍屬嚴峻，經與藝人慎重討論後，考量所有LAUV的歌迷、演唱會工作人員與每個人的健康，原訂2020年6月25日周四於信義劇場Legacy Max之LAUV 2020台北演唱會決定取消。

 

請至寬宏售票系統【下載】並填寫退票申請書，並將申請書及票券正本郵寄至本公司(高雄市鳳山區青年路二段371號2樓寬宏藝術票務收)，收件截止日為2020年6月25日(非郵戳日期，請於2020/6/25之前寄達)。

 

若尚未取得票券者可用以下方式提供申請：

(1). 傳真申請：請列印填寫「退票申請書」並傳真至07-7805353，並來電07-7809900確認是否傳真成功。

(2). E-MAIL申請：請列印填寫「退票申請書」後，掃描或拍攝清晰照片電子檔，附件E-MAIL至退票專用信箱khticket@khmail.com.tw(來信主旨：(訂單編號      )-演出取消/延期退票申請)，退票專用信箱收到後將會與您回信通知。

 

本次係因不可抗力因素導致之取消，故僅退票面全額，訂票及退票過程產生的其他費用恕無法退還。

造成不便，我們深感抱歉，LAUV表示若將來有機會希望能來台演出，謝謝歌迷朋友的支持。

【LAUV 2020 Taipei Concert Cancellation Notice】

Due to the situation regarding the current international public health crisis, we regret to announce that the LAUV concert in Taipei which was originally scheduled for June, 25th, 2020, Thursday at Legacy Max has unfortunately been cancelled. We have tried our very best to re-schedule and have looked at multiple options but we were unable to find a solution given the current climate. Our highest priority remains the safety of Lauv’s fans, his team and everyone who has been working on these concerts.

 

Fans who have purchased tickets for the concert will receive a full refund, please see below for more details. 

 

Customers will be able to request a full refund from KHAM Ticketing.

Please mail us the form and the ticket(s) to the below address

2F., No.371, Sec. 2, Qingnian Rd., Fengshan Dist., Kaohsiung City 83048, Taiwan, R.O.C.

We need to receive the refund form and the ticket(s) no later than 25th, June, 

2020. Please note this is the date we need to receive the form and the ticket(s). 

 

For customers who have not picked ticket(s) up yet, please feel free to use either below two ways to apply the refund,

complete the ticket refund form and fax it to the customer center. 

The fax number is +886-7-780-5353. Please contact the customer center, +886-7-780-9900 to confirm the fax is received successfully or not.

 

Complete the ticket refund form, scan or take a clear photo of the form and email to the customer center khticket@khmail.com.tw

The email title please is the ticket booking number_KHxxxxxxx + refund request. The customer center will response the email after receiving it successfully. 

 

The concert is cancelled due to force majeure. Customers who have purchased ticket will be able to request for full ticket refund. While the ticketing service fee is not refundable, we appreciate for your understanding.
