因不可抗拒因素，原定於 2025 年 10 月 10 日於 Legacy Tera 舉辦之本節目確定取消。

【Event Cancellation & Refund Information】

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event scheduled for October 10, 2025 at Legacy Tera has been cancelled.

We sincerely apologize for the wait and disappointment this may cause, and we are truly grateful for your support and understanding. The organizer will provide a full refund, and all refund processing fees will be fully covered by the organizer. Please refer to the Ticket Plus ticketing platform for detailed refund procedures.

 

退票方法與資訊如下

＊請於2025年9月7日前完成退票手續。

• 信用卡購票-退票方式：

購票時以信用卡付款者將不需填寫退票申請，票面全額將直接退刷至原購票之信用卡。

退款作業將會於10個工作日內完成退款流程，因各家發卡銀行之作業流程不同，會員可於今日算起之25-40個工作天後向發卡行查詢刷退紀錄。

• ATM轉帳付款-退票方式：

購票時以 ATM 虛擬帳號付款者，請至 Ticket Plus 遠大售票系統下載及填寫退票申請表，並附上原購票之匯款帳戶的存摺封面，電子檔請Email至 service@farentasia.com

票面全額將匯款至原購票之匯款帳戶。

(存摺封面影本，需包含銀行名、分行、帳號、戶名)

本公司將於收到退票申請後的10個工作天內匯款至指定帳戶，遇假日則順延至假日後的第一個工作天。

申請退票 5 個工作天後，請至 Ticket Plus 售票網站『我的訂單』內確認訂單狀態是否已更改為「已退票」，於此期間如有任何票務問題，請聯繫 Ticket Plus 售票線上客服service@farentasia.com。

造成不便之處，敬請見諒。

 

Refund Method & Information

Please complete your refund application by September 7th, 2025.

• Credit Card Purchases

If you purchased your ticket with a credit card, no application form is required. The full face value of the ticket will be automatically refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Refund processing will be completed within 10 business days. Depending on your issuing bank’s process, it may take 25–40 working days from today for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your issuing bank for confirmation.

• ATM Virtual Account Purchases

If you purchased your ticket via ATM virtual account transfer, please download and complete the refund application form from the Ticket Plus ticketing system and attach a copy of the first page of your bankbook (showing bank name, branch, account number, and account holder’s name). Email the completed form and bankbook copy to service@farentasia.com.

The full face value of the ticket will be refunded to the original account used for payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your application. If the period includes a public holiday, the transfer will be made on the first working day thereafter.

After 5 working days from submitting your refund request, please log into the Ticket Plus ticketing website under “My Orders” to confirm the status has been updated to “Refunded.” For any ticketing inquiries during this period, please contact Ticket Plus customer service at service@farentasia.com.
